Robert Merkley has earned the designation of Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). He graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance. He has experience in computer programming, accounting and investment analysis, as well as, general business consulting. He has specialized in the area of qualified plans since 1984.

Sharon K. Newman has a degree in Accounting, but has specialized in the area of qualified plans since 1986. Her specialty is working with defined contribution plans.

Karen McLaws has specialized in the area of qualified plans since the late 1980s. She has extensive experience in plan design and the creation of legal documents. Prior to entering the area of qualified plans, she served a national company as a human resource, Regional Manager.

Justin F.J. Greindl, EA, MAAA provides actuarial support. Justin is an Enrolled Actuary and has been a member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 2010. He began working in the retirement plan industry in 2004 and is a graduate with Distinction from the University of Illinois. Justin is currently continuing his professional education by pursuing a Fellowship with the Society of Actuaries.
